The Dean\u2019s Office serves as the primary liaison for academic divisions and departments, facilitating inter-departmental meetings and ensuring policy alignment.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Division of General Academic Affairs<\/strong><\/p><p>This division manages the fundamental administrative lifecycle of the student body and the academic catalog. Its core mission is to enhance pedagogical effectiveness through:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Faculty Development:<\/strong> Hosting seminars and workshops focused on innovative teaching methodologies.<\/li><li><strong>Capacity Building:<\/strong> Strengthening faculty expertise in curriculum design and classroom management.<\/li><li><strong>Quality Assurance:<\/strong> Implementing teaching assessment mechanisms to maintain and improve institutional educational standards.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Center for Student Recruitment (CSR)<\/strong><\/p><p>Established in August 2008, the Center for Student Recruitment (CSR) evolved from the former Admission Affair Center, a second-level division within the Office of Academic Affairs.
